General Terms & Conditions Of Sales
Article 1: Purpose
These general conditions of sale define all the terms and conditions relating to the purchase by a natural or legal person of the articles and services offered on the website www.laflanelle.fr and are concluded between the buyer and the company Laflanelle S.A.S.U., registered under number 849 755 848 00017 whose head office is located at 11 rue Ouvrard de Lignières, 72650 St Saturnin in France.
These general conditions of sale are subject to change without notice, requiring the buyer to read it for each new purchase. Only the version in force at the time of the sale is applicable and must be consulted beforehand by the buyer who must acknowledge having read these general conditions of sale in force before confirming his purchase. The continuation of the act of purchase then irrevocably expresses their full and complete acceptance by the buyer.
Article 1: The Products
The items offered on the website are described with as much detail as possible and are visually represented by photos taken by the Laflanelle company, therefore illustrating the items from its stock. However, the texts and photos of the items offered on the website are not contractual.
The Laflanelle company also reminds that, given the different computer and mobile configurations and despite all our efforts in the shots, the perception of the images and in particular of the colors can be distorted and sometimes different from a medium. to the other. If, however, the item received does not correspond to the one expected, it is always possible to exchange it or request a refund according to the terms indicated in article 6 of these same General Conditions of Sale.
The Laflanelle company also offers the sending of fabric samples to allow the potential buyer to verify compliance and the color of the fabrics offered.
Items that are no longer in stock can be ordered by the potential buyer on simple request by email to the address contact@laflanelle.fr, the Laflanelle company will then confirm in return, by email, the possibility of placing an order, supply times and any price changes.
Laflanelle reserves the right to withdraw items from sale at any time and without notice.
Article 2: Availability and Prices
The items presented on the Laflanelle.fr website are available while stocks last and their prices are displayed in euros excluding delivery costs. Depending on the case, prices may be displayed including VAT (all taxes included) or HT (excluding taxes), this precision is indicated at the bottom of each page. By default, prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs. In the case of a customer registered and recognized as a professional and/or whose country of delivery is indicated outside Europe, the prices are then displayed excluding VAT, excluding delivery costs, this precision is indicated at the bottom of each page.< /p>
In all cases, the details of the applicable taxes, in accordance with the provisions of the General Tax Code, are indicated at the time of validation of the order and detailed on the invoice.
The price of the items can be modified at any time, without notice, on the sole decision of the Laflanelle company. Only the price in effect at the time of order confirmation and payment is retained for invoicing.
The items remain the property of the Laflanelle company until full payment of the order, including shipping costs and taxes.
The availability of items is monitored in real time on the Laflanelle.fr website and only available items are offered for sale. However, despite all our monitoring efforts, an error may occur, the origin of which may be an overestimation of stock, a stock entry error, or stock of non-compliant quality. In this case, the Laflanelle company will immediately inform the buyer and the latter may purely and simply cancel his order with immediate refund or make an exchange. The buyer will have complete freedom in this choice.
In the case of an order for items not available in stock, validated and accepted by Laflanelle, the buyer will only proceed to payment for the latter when the order becomes available. In some cases, a deposit may be requested as a purchase commitment by the buyer. The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal under the terms stipulated in article 6 of these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 3: Order
Any first order requires the prior creation of a personal account referenced on the basis of an email. All the information requested is for the sole purpose of carrying out the sale of items and their proper delivery to the buyer. The processing of this personal data is detailed in article 8 of these General Conditions of Sale. The account identifier is the email address entered, the buyer being responsible for the chosen password which he can change at any time in his personal space. The Laflanelle company recalls the importance of choosing a long and complex password to avoid any identity theft since these identifiers are worth proof of identity and bind the buyer on any order placed through them. >
An account creation confirmation email is sent at the end of the process and if not received, please contact Laflanelle by email or over the phone to fix this problem.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Laflanelle.fr website, their processing and preparation of orders are only done on the opening days and hours of the Laflanelle company, namely from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The preparation of orders can take up to 24 hours in some cases, depending on the number of treatments, the time of placing the order. The company Laflanelle may in certain cases announce at the time of order taking a postponement of order processing to a given date in the case of occasional closures of these offices. The buyer is always notified before the order confirmation, thus accepting the postponement in the event of confirmation.
Any order validation irrevocably implies, without exception or reservation, full acceptance of the prices and conditions of sale summarized on the order confirmation page as well as all of these General Conditions of Sale as than drafted at the time of validation. The validation is equivalent to an electronic signature and commits the 2 parties with the obligation for the buyer to pay the total amount indicated.
The monitoring of order processing and its various statuses are reported to the buyer by emails sent at each stage and constitute proof of communication. In case of non-receipt of these communications, please report it to the Laflanelle company by email or telephone to remedy it. The Laflanelle company keeps a record of all of these communications on these secure computer systems.
Article 4: Secure Payment and Invoicing

At no time does the Laflanelle company have knowledge of your bank details and therefore does not store any of these data. Payments by credit card and Paypal are fully managed by Paypal and its Braintree division, which ensure a very high level of security, with all payment operations based on an encrypted exchange protocol.
The Paypal company returns after a short delay the validation of the payment, generally less than half a day, in the case of a bank transfer, this validation can take up to 3 working days. The shipment of the order only occurs after this validation.
In the event of a payment failure, the order is placed on hold until full payment of the latter by one of the other means of payment offered. The Laflanelle company reserves the right to cancel an order that has not been paid for within 5 working days and retains ownership of the items until full payment has been received. In the case of an incomplete payment, the order is placed on hold until the payment of the complement. If this payment is not made within 5 working days, Laflanelle is authorized to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Once the order has been validated and the entire order has been paid for, the invoice is then available in the buyer's personal space in the form of a PDF file. The invoice includes all the items and their price, the amount of any reductions, the statement of applicable taxes and the amount of shipping costs.
Article 5: Delivery
After confirmation of the order by the Laflanelle company and after having received full payment for the order by the buyer, the Laflanelle company undertakes to ship to the buyer, under its responsibility, the items ordered from delivery address within 1 to 4 working days, excluding public holidays and unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.
The items are shipped to the delivery address that the buyer will have indicated during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the Laflanelle company cannot be held responsible for a delivery not made or made late in the event of an incorrect or incomplete postal address.
The Laflanelle company works with La Poste and Mondial Relay for its shipments. However, the professional customer, if he has an account with a carrier, can have the transport taken care of by this carrier and collect his order from the head office of the Laflanelle company, after having made the request by email to address contact@laflanelle.fr or by telephone on +33(0) 984 320 212 and have obtained authorization from Laflanelle by email. In this case, the Laflanelle company does not participate in the transport costs and responsibilities, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Any customs fees, import taxes or customs formalities required in the country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer has the possibility of purely and simply canceling his order if his order has not reached him within a period exceeding by 10 days the maximum period indicated for the carrier chosen at the time of the order. The buyer must then announce his intention by email to the address contact@laflanelle.fr or by telephone at +33(0) 984 320 212.
In all cases, delivery costs are subject to VAT, including for export, the amount of the latter being indicated on the invoice.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of his order for an exchange or refund of items in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of an obvious defect of the article or an error committed and recognized by the Laflanelle company.
Any return must imperatively have been authorized by the Laflanelle company (the seller), which determines the validity of the return on the basis of the buyer's arguments. No return will be accepted or taken into account without prior authorization and the Laflanelle company disclaims all liability in the case of a shipment decided unilaterally by the buyer.
Upon receipt, returned items, which must be accompanied by their original invoice, are assessed by Laflanelle to determine their condition and compliance. The Laflanelle company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the transport of the returned items and recalls the full responsibility of the buyer in the careful packaging of the items. No returned items will be refunded or exchanged if they are not in their original condition.
If the control of the returned items proves positive, in the case of a refund request, the full refund of the products excluding postage is then made as soon as possible and if it is a request for exchange, the replacement products will then be sent as soon as possible, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the buyer who must pay them before any shipment.
Any return request must be made by simple request to the following email address: contact@laflanelle.fr who will communicate the instructions to the buyer in return.
The Laflanelle company also reserves the right to refuse any package, exchange or refund, if the return conditions set out above are not respected.
Article 7: Warranties
In all cases, Laflanelle cannot be held responsible for non-compliance by the buyer with the legal, fiscal and regulatory provisions in force in the country of receipt of the items.
As part of the legal guarantee of conformity, when a lack of conformity is found, and depending on the possibilities, the Laflanelle company undertakes to the buyer to either replace the item with the same item if the stock allows it, either to exchange the item for another, available in stock, of the same value, or to refund the purchase price of the item including tax (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days of the request for the buyer. Any customs fees and taxes paid by the buyer upon receipt will not be reimbursed.
Laflanelle's liability is systematically limited to the amount of the price of the item in question at the time of sale.
